AMi Accepting Nominations for Top B. Babcox Memorial Scholarship

May 6, 2016—The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) is accepting applications for the annual $1,000 Tom B. Babcox memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to an Automotive Service Association (ASA) Mechanical Division member who strives to be, or is presently working, in a management capacity. 

The Scholarship is applied toward the recipient’s expenses to attend the 2016 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) in Anaheim, Calif., August 10-12.

Eligibility for the award includes working in the mechanical repair industry; an interest in self-improvement through management education; owning or working for a business that is an ASA member in good standing, and if applicant is not the owner, must be recommended by the owner. 

Applications must be received by July 1, 2016.
