March 28, 2013—Snap-On Innovation Works has launched its new Snap-On KoolKare Plus Hybrid-Capable A/C Recycler (EEAC325BH).
Snap-On says the new tool allows service technicians to take advantage of A/C service opportunities on both hybrid and non-hybrid vehicles.
“The unique features of the innovative EEAC325BH enable service technicians to service both hybrid and non-hybrid vehicles and that helps increase the repair shop’s A/C revenue possibilities,” said Dan Batassa, category manager for Snap-on. “Hybrid vehicles are a fast growing segment of the vehicle population and the KoolKare Plus Hybrid-Capable A/C Recycler lets technicians service them properly and safely.”
Features of the new tool include menu-selectable functions to clear residual oil from the recycler’s circuit and hoses, A/C capacities database and automatic air purge.
