Nov. 14, 2013—Mitchell 1 announced Wednesday that its SureTrack “experience-based” diagnostic information service surpassed 11 million articles in 2013.
The SureTrack system combines repair information from a number of sources and features a “Real Fixes” platform, which pulls from a community of technicians, component tests and waveform libraries.
“Mitchell 1’s focus on the continued expansion of our SureTrack data underscores our commitment to the automotive repair industry,” said Ben Johnson, director of product management for Mitchell 1. “Not only have we achieved our goal of having over 11 million actionable pieces of information in our SureTrack product by 2013, but we also are adding information at over 12,000 articles per day and continue to invest to accelerate that volume even further.”
