All eligible model owners qualify to come in for a free oil change and service. The service initiates the Limited Lifetime Protection Plan, which provides coverage for the lifetime of the vehicle, as long as the owner continues to have it serviced within required intervals at Saab service centers.

Owners also have the opportunity to purchase service contracts that further levels of coverage.

According to officials, the program is a sign of the company’s renewed financial health.

“Just over a year ago the news was not good.  Saab owners in North America and globally had just learned of the bankruptcy of one of the world’s most cherished automobile brands,” Tim Colbeck, president and CEO of SPNA, said in a statement. “Today they are hearing some good news about parts, service and vehicle coverage."
