May 15, 2013—Hydraulics manufacturer KYB Americas Corp. recently announced the launch of the KYB Ride Control Expert Series e-learning newsletter.
The quarterly newsletter serves as a support component of KYB’s Certified Ride Control Center Program and is intended to broaden the link between KYB and professional automotive service providers across the U.S. and Canada.
KYB said the newsletter will offer tips and advice on successful ride control sales methods at the service counter, as well as provide a forum for ride control technical tips and insight into KYB’s OEA manufacturing process.
“This e-learning initiative was born out of a desire of both KYB and service providers to provide relevant technical, marketing, and sales training information,” said Marc McGovern, director of marketing and training for KYB. “It’s vital for our marketing and training departments to have direct contact with the people throwing the box away to support their success."
To receive the newsletter, service providers must be a member of KYB’s Certified Ride Control Center Program.
