December 2, 2022— The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Getting the Most from Your DMM.”
Next to a scan tool, the digital multimeter (DMM) is the second tool to make sure the readings are correct. In this webinar, James Wilson with ATech Training will cover:
- Choosing a DMM
- Checking your DMM for accuracy
- Voltage drop testing
- Sensor testing - why you need to check the three points in the circuit
- Duty cycle, frequency, min-max, peak min-max
- Power, ground and bus testing
