TecAlliance Announces David Williams as CEO of OptiCat/JNPSoft Operations
Sept. 19, 2022—TecAlliance has announced David Williams as the new CEO of its OptiCat/JNPSoft operations in the United States and Canada.
According to a press release, Williams succeeds Charles Johnson. Johnson was CEO for 10 years, and he will work with Williams through this transition until the end of the year. After this period, he will become a consultant for TecAlliance effective Jan. 2023. Williams assumed his new CEO role on Sept. 12, 2022.
Previously, Williams worked with DENSO Products and Services Americas Inc. for nearly a decade. Most recently he served as Director of Automotive Original Equipment Service Parts Division, wherein he oversaw everything from development and production to the distribution of service parts, diagnostic equipment and connected solutions sold to car makers in North America. Williams also has years of experience working with Crane Controls and Toyota Motor Sales Inc.
