Couple Keeps Community Shop Going

July 8, 2022

Alexis Miller and Daniel Murray were close with the late founder of Tom's Auto, Tom Moehle Jr., and now run the Norwalk, Ohio, shop.

July 8, 2022—A local couple has taken over a beloved repair shop in Norwalk, Ohio, with the blessing of its late original owner.

According to the Norwalk Reflector, Tom's Auto is a full-service NAPA AutoCare Center that has been a staple in the community for 38 years.

Alexis Miller and her boyfriend, Daniel Murray, have taken over the shop from its founder Tom Moehle Jr. Moehle died after a cancer battle in 2020. When Moehle became ill, he decided that he wanted Murray to take over.

They both originally met Moehle through their diesel truck performance and repair shop called Boosted N Bent, which is also a NAPA shop.

It is important to Miller and Murray that they carry on Moehle's shop and reputation. They are proud to continue to provide the community with quality repair work with Tom's.

“We’re continuing it in his name,” Miller said in the article. “He was a huge part of the community.”
