Don's Auto Repair is celebrating 80 years in business this month.

July 1, 2022—Don's Auto Repair of Blue Ash, Ohio, is celebrating 80 years of service.

According to The Daily Star, Don's was founded in 1942. Blue Ash Mayor Marc Sirkin has officially declared June 30, 2022 as "Don's Auto Repair Day".

Don's is a family-owned and operated business. Owners Chad Schnitzler and Don Schnitzler III are proud to carry this tradition on and serve their community.

“The last 80 years have given us the opportunity to serve generations of families in our community with excellence in auto repair,” said Don Schnitzler, president of Don’s Auto Repair in the article. “Our success is a direct reflection of the trust our customers put in us to take care of their automobiles and business fleets every day.”

The guest of honor at the anniversary recognition was Don Schnitzler Sr., whose father Marion Schnitzler started the shop in 1942. Don Sr. took over in 1958, followed by Don Jr. managing the business, and eventually, Don Sr.'s grandsons took over the shop in 2010.

In addition to the Blue Ash location, Don's Auto Repair has a shop in Cincinnati, Ohio. Don's Auto Repair also operates Bill's Auto Service and Towing and a full-service towing operation called Bill's Towing.
