May 5, 2021—Original One Auto Parts, a leading OEM auto parts provider, has acquired Pebbles Auto Parts.
According to a press release, Pebbles Auto Parts was founded in 2018 and provides automotive lighting. The acquisition also expands Original One Parts distribution footprint, adding an East Coast hub to enhance its 24-hour delivery capabilities.
“We are happy to be partnering with Original One Parts,” Pebbles co-founder Paul Redding said in a statement. “Not only will we now have the additional resources to better service our existing customers, we will also be able to scale and grow the Original One Parts products.”
