April 14, 2021—Telle Tire & Auto Centers, a St. Louis-based auto care chain, has acquired JBC Tire Complete Auto Care, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.
Telle will add two JBC locations in Springfield, Mo., and close a third. They will be rebranded under the Telle name. Telle now has 18 automotive centers, including 10 in the St. Louis area.
The company now has 130 total employees and over $20 million in total revenue and is one of the fastest growing companies in the area, the report said.
The company "will continue to be active in the acquisition space in 2021 as it continues to build its footprint and is greatly focused on adding additional locations in the Kansas City market in 2021," Telle officials said in announcing the JBC buy.
