Jan. 5, 2021—Fenix Parts, a recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer automotive parts has officially acquired All Pro Auto Parts in Auburndale, Florida, according to Business Wire.
All Pro Auto Parts, a full-service automotive recycling facility, services the greater Orlando and Tampa markets.
The acquisition represents Fenix Parts' second location in Florida, becoming a key addition to the company's Southeast supply chain and distribution network.
“All Pro is a high-volume auto recycler that meets all of our acquisition criteria. Their strong leadership, strategically located facility and total addressable market will allow us to expand our dismantling, warehouse and distribution capabilities in the Southeast region and benefit current and new customers," said Bill Stevens, CEO of Fenix Parts.
