Mach-E Meets EPA Target

The all-electric vehicle recently surpassed its targeted estimated range ratings.

Nov. 30, 2020—Ford Motor Company recently completed its U.S. Environmental Protection Agency certification and range labeling processes for several variants of the 2021 Mustang Mach-E, according to a press release.

The extended-range rear-wheel-drive model met its targeted EPA-estimated range of 300 miles and the extended-range all-wheel-drive model met its targeted EPA-estimated 270-mile range while the standard-range rear-wheel-drive model met its targeted EPA-estimated range of 230 miles and the standard-range all-wheel-drive model exceeded its 210-mile target with an EPA-estimated range of 211 miles.

The California Route 1 model has a targeted EPA-estimated range of 300 miles, but has not been confirmed as EPA officials have yet to complete those tests.
