Sept. 30, 2020—Dana Aftermarket has released an instructional video series for automotive professionals on how to access the company's e-commerce platform, according to a press release.
The series includes 11 instructional videos on topics such as how to search and identify parts, checking pricing and availability, navigating the checkout experience, and how to view order processing and history.
“For those new to DanaAftermarket.com, or those who have questions about specific platform features, we have created a series of videos to help guide them through the process of searching for parts, placing and tracking orders, and maximizing use of the site,” said Dan Griffin, senior director, aftermarket and digital solutions for Dana.
Users will also be able to access a literature library with technical descriptions, product specifications, and high-resolution images.
