March 9, 2020—On March 5, the Ratchet+Wrench team flew to Overland Park, Kan., to attend the 2020 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo.
On Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6, technical and management training went from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Thursday, the expo Hi-Tech Tool expo opened at 4 p.m.
On Friday, the expo opened at 5 p.m. and lasted until 9 p.m.
Saturday, keynote speaker Marcus Luttrell, a retired Navy SEAL and author of Lone Survivor, kicked off the day. The expo was open from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and management and technical training went from 8:45-6:00 p.m. with a break for lunch. Afterward, VISION hosted an awards dinner and comedy night for attendees.
The last day of the show, Sunday, March 8, training lasted until 11.

The event was filled with training sessions, both on the management and technical side, and an expo where attendees could visit vendors, such as Advance Auto Parts, who awarded one of its TechNet members a spot at the conference.
