TechForce Foundation to honor accomplished technicians in several categories.
Nov. 7, 2019—TechForce Foundation is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Techs Rock Awards, celebrating the nation’s most accomplished transportation technicians. Nominations close in just two weeks on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. EST, according to a widespread press release from TechForce Foundation.
The Techs Rock Awards honor the technicians who strive every day to make the industry better, from enhancing customer service to exhibiting excellence in their repair work. Technicians will be honored in five categories:
Rookie of the Year
Barrier Buster
Die Hard
Pay It Forward
Outstanding Mentor
A panel of judges will select each category winner, and every winner will receive a Snap-on tool voucher. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a gift package and a trip to Scottsdale, Ariz., for an Auto Week experience.
