YANG Announces Speakers for 2023 Leadership Conference

The Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) has announced speakers for its 2023 Leadership Conference, according to a press release.

The 2023 YANG Leadership Conference will be held May 23-24 in Orlando, Florida as part of Auto Care Connect, which brings four conferences to one location to “maximize networking, collaboration, and educational opportunities.”

The keynote speaker kicking off the event will be Brett Culp, with his presentation titled “Superhero Leadership in Uncertain Times.” 

As an “award-winning documentary filmmaker and founder of the nonprofit, The Rising Heroes Project,” Culp will discuss “leading during times of change,” and how people in different positions can “embrace everyday leadership and make a positive impact.”

The following day, CEO and founder of Piercing Strategies Arika Pierce will hold an interactive workshop titled “Up Your Game: A Leadership Jam Session with Arika Pierce.” Pierce is also an attorney and author and holds “over 15 years of corporate leadership experience.”

The workshop will consist of Pierce sharing “five key leadership shifts” for young professionals’ careers and will have attendees address issues such as “planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, communication and managing conflict and influence.”
