The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has announced a webinar for technicians titled “Changing Wheel and Tire Sizes,” according to a press release.  

The free one-hour class will be led by Mark Lake with Summit Racing, who will address topics such as “adding aftermarket wheels and tires of different diameters and widths” and how to “determine how much more or less you can go.”

Lake will also touch on “TPMS sensors and programming needs,” how to measure bolt patterns, different lug nuts, and different ways of figuring out what sizes will work with the application at hand.

Those interested in attending may register online, after which they will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the webinar.

Those who would like to view the webinar but cannot attend live are still encouraged to register in order to potentially gain a recorded version.
