Auto Profit Masters will be hosting its Team Development Summit May 6-7 in Denver, Colorado, according to a press release.
The event will provide insight and training for technicians, advisors, and owners. Hands-on oscilloscope training will be offered to technicians, with advisors learning how to manage numbers and expand sales and owners learning about creating positive work environments and strong teams.
“Shop owners who bring their entire staff to this event are helping to build a team that wants to retire with them someday,” stated David Rogers, president of Auto Profit Masters who will be a trainer at the summit. “I’ve been helping organizations build winning cultures that lift up their employees and customers for more than two decades, and I’m proud that the training lineup we’ve assembled will help every employee in the shop grow and succeed at the
same time.”
That lineup will consist of individuals such as Dean Law, owner of Law’s Automotive and a certified trainer; and DiagNation’s Gary Smith and Adam Robertson, who are also certified trainers.
