KYB Americas Corporation has promotions for its employees planned in the coming weeks and has announced the first in its slate with East Region Sales Manager Ryan Dickerman being promoted to national sales manager, according to a press release.
Dickerman has been with KYB for almost 16 years, starting in 2007 as a customer service representative. He eventually moved up through the company, holding titles such as customer service manager and territory sales manager.
As the east region sales manager, Dickerman has been in charge of sales in 23 states and Puerto Rico as well as managing six territorial managers. His successor for the east region sales manager role has not been announced.
In his new role as national sales manager, Dickerman will be reporting to the Director of Sales for Canada & USA, Paul Kratzer, who has said that Dickerman’s previous roles “have prepared him to take on the next level of responsibilities.”
“Ryan is a bright and energetic person that is highly regarded by customers and has earned the respect of the entire KYB organization,” Business Director Mike Fiorito stated. “We look forward to Ryan leading our traditional sales team in the USA market.”
