KYB has announced an updated 2023 Service Professional Video Training Series that seeks to help improve shops' work with shocks and struts, according to a press release.

The series consists of 6 brief videos aimed at technicians, shop owners, and service providers, which are followed by short quizzes.

Topics that will be covered include the importance of shocks and struts in vehicle maintenance, identifying worn shocks, installing the correct part, and being able to make informed recommendations. Those who complete the online training series will also receive a newly-designed KYB Training t-shirt.

“This course is designed to show the value in maintaining shocks and struts, and the importance of restoring or improving a vehicle’s original designed handling and control by using the correct KYB part,” said Erick Kinnunen, KYB’s national Training manager.
