According to a press release, a new company called Promotive is looking to offer recruiting services to automotive shops to help them find new talent.

Promotive was founded this past April by four individuals with over 40 years combined of experience in the automotive industry. The company has recruiters and account managers that partner with shops to help with the hiring process for automotive technicians, service advisors, and similar roles.

The company functions as an in-house recruiter for whatever business employs them, taking time to understand the shop’s needs and culture through intake calls. They will assist with the creation of job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and follow-ups, written offers, negotiations, and onboarding.

The company has most recently brought on two new recruiters as well as a digital marketing and content coordinator as it looks to further expand.
