First Brands Group has acquired 53-year-old Philadephia, Pennsylvania-based auto parts manufacturer Cardone Industries, cites the Philadelphia Business Journal.
It's the second acquisition in 2023 for First Brands Group, which acquired Horizon Global Corp., for just under $50 million.
In adding Cardone Industries, First Brand’s portfolio includes Fram filtration products, Autolite spark plugs, Centric Parts, Anco/Trico wipers, Luber-Finer filtration products, Carter fuel and water pumps, Raybestos brakes and StrongArm gas-charged lift supports.
