Automotive Electronics Services (AESwave) has released a textbook solely dedicated to the study of ADAS, according to a press release.

The resource was created by Steve Zack, Kurt Shadbolt and Scott Brown, and is intended to supply automotive technicians and students with the information needed to understand, identify, document and calibrate ADAS technologies.

At the end of each chapter, the text asks ASE-type questions and provides job sheets based on ASE's new L4 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Specialist Test, preparing students to take certification tests.

Other materials in the text include case studies covering real-world situations; pro tips in each chapter that provide insight into how to apply the information learned and where to learn more; and deep dives that elaborate on points of interest within lessons.
