AAPEX has announced the winners of its 5th Annual Best Booth Awards, showcasing this year’s most impressive booth displays, according to a press release.
The awards were presented during a ceremony on November 1, with Best in Show going to Febreze, Booth A6524 (10X10 or Linear), and Brembo North America, Booth A1255 (Peninsula or Island).
Besides Best in Show, there were a variety of different categories, including the Best Sustainable Booth Design, a new category introduced this year.
Best 10X10 Booth went to BugSlide in Booth A5844, who had a clean booth with a color scheme matching their brand. A trifold poster with product information and QR codes directing attendees to a webpage for distributor recruitment was also on display.
Best Linear Booth (200 sq. ft. or more) was awarded to Febreze in Booth A6524. The brand had sample giveaways, a digital wall spanning the entire booth, and friendly staffers.
Best Small Peninsula (less than 800 sq. ft.) was MEYLE AG in Booth A33001. This booth featured a remote-control car track for attendees to interact with and signage with QR codes directing attendees to more info on the company’s products.
Best Large Peninsula (800 sq. ft. or more) went to Standard Motor Products, Inc. in Booth A4226. The booth was bright and colorful and utilized technology in an innovative way for its product displays. Staffers were actively interacting with attendees that passed by their booth.
Best Small Island (less than 800 sq. ft.) was Dacomsa S.A de C.V. in Booth A2031, which featured impressive lighting, fans mimicking holograms, and a color scheme of black and blue. Products were showcased in display cases at the booth’s outer edges, and a centerpiece of a transparent engine with lighting showed attendees how their products fit within an engine.
Best Large Island (800 sq. ft. or more) was awarded to Brembo North America in Booth A1255. This booth had friendly staff as well as bright colors and products. Video walls that displayed their products were eye-catching.
Best Pavilion was ACMA, who brought an overarching sign that spanned across the entire booth, providing a three-dimensional perspective as well as nice lighting. Each pavilion participant was friendly and had identifiable signage, indicating that they are genuine members of participating Indian associations.
Finally, Best Sustainable Booth Design went to DC Gaskets in Booth A3254. A cardboard rendition of a car was the centerpiece of this booth, complete with a lighted-opened hood and one of their products placed within the cardboard vehicle’s hood. All of the booth’s furniture was constructed from cardboard.
