Straightaway Tire & Auto has acquired Accurate Auto & Tire Service and Wayne’s Automotive, according to a press release from O2 Investment Partners.
Accurate Auto has served the Maple Grove, Minnesota area for more than 25 years, with Wayne’s Automotive operating in the Grand Rapids, Minnesota region for over 35 years.
Besides expanding Straightaway’s presence in Minnesota, the acquisition of the two full-service auto repair facilities also helps promote its nearby member company, Victory Automotive Service.
