The judges for the sixth annual Techs Rock Awards have been named by TechForce Foundation in a recent press release.
A lineup of renowned names in the industry has been chosen to make up this year’s panel of judges. The list includes: YouTubers ChrisFix, Humble Mechanic, and Emily Reeves; podcast hosts JP Emerson, Micki Woods, and trio MBP, Shoreline, and Six; professional racing driver Sabré Cook; TV host John Gardner; radio host Frank Leutz; and Brandon Steckler, technical editor at Motor Age Magazine.
TechForce Foundation has collaborated with Mecum Auctions to host this year’s Techs Rock Awards. Nominations are open until January 14, 2024, for professional transportation technicians and technical students who are studying or working in any of the five award categories: automotive and motorsports; diesel; collision, restoration and welding; aviation, motorcycle and marine; and evolving technologies.
Category winners will proceed to a public vote. One student and one professional tech will be named grand prize winners. They will be awarded with a trip to Glendale, Arizona to see Mecum Auction Glendale and attend TechForce’s National Partner Summit.
