Christian Brothers Automotive Planning for Growth in Southeastern Wisconsin
Christian Brothers Automotive will be expanding in Wisconsin with a new store planned for Pewaukee, reports BizTimes Milwaukee.
The new store will be housed in a 6,350-square-foot building, equipped with nine bays, on an approximately one-acre lot on Capitol Drive.
Several approvals will be needed before construction can begin on the store, but once it begins, it could wrap up within eight months. The company hopes to open the location in 2027.
Though Christian Brothers Automotive hadn’t considered expansion in the Milwaukee area due to lack of franchisee interest, it has looked more into growing within southeastern Wisconsin after identifying a franchisee for its Pewaukee store.
The company has already submitted a letter of intent to open a location in New Berlin, for which it is currently seeking a franchisee. It’s expected to open around the same time as the store in Pewaukee.
“The hope is that over the course of the next few years, we will bring even more locations to the greater Milwaukee area,” said Brad Fink, chief growth officer at Christian Brothers Automotive.
