TechForce Foundation announced its strongest six-month performance in its organizational history, according to its newly released 2025 Mid-Year Impact Report. The organization also highlighted several other new changes.

TechForce announced its expansion into the HVAC sector through a strategic alliance with Carrier. The organization also launched a Direct Hiring Pipeline, connecting employers directly with talent from its network through apprenticeships and job postings.

 

Student Engagement Surges

The foundation received 8,860 scholarship applications during the first half of 2025, with projections expected at 15,000 by year-end. This surge reflects growing student interest in skilled technology careers and the foundation's expanding influence in educational communities.

 

Leadership Transition

Jon Vesely has been appointed as the new National Board Chair, bringing fresh leadership to guide the organization's continued growth and strategic direction.
