Christian Brothers Automotive will be expanding with a new store in Olathe, Kansas, reports The Kansas City Business Journal.
The new store will be part of the Stag's Ridge development at 670 N. Millridge St: a 24-acre development off Kansas Highway 7.
A 5,900-square-foot facility will be built for Christian Brothers Automotive, positioned south of a 13,000-square-foot retail building that will share the 3-acre piece of land with Christian Brothers.
Revised plans for the shop have been approved by city planners, with the Olathe City Council tentatively planning to review it on Aug. 19.
Christian Brothers currently operates another store in Olathe, along with others nearby in Kansas City, Liberty, Independence, and Shawnee.
