Solera, a provider of vehicle lifecycle management tools, has launched a cloud-based enterprise-scaled operating system for auto repair shops called ShopCentral, according to a press release.

ShopCentral integrates shop management tasks such as customer communication, scheduling, parts pricing, and billing into one cloud-based platform, powered by real-time analytics.

The platform offers features aimed at multi-shop operators to enable enterprise-level visibility and controls across locations. This includes a communication suite for staff and customers and cross-location performance analytics and margin tracking.

The company is showcasing ShopCentral at AAPEX/SEMA in Las Vegas this week. The platform is available now, with scalable subscription options offered.

“ShopCentral delivers real-time visibility from the technician in the bay to the executive overseeing performance across dozens of locations,” said Victoria Repice, senior vice president of product at Solera. “It provides enterprise-grade infrastructure with a unified view of every shop, region, and network—driving operational consistency and unlocking scale advantages in parts procurement, inventory management, and performance analytics across the entire organization.”
