Auto Care Association Celebrates Third Consecutive Great Place to Work Certification
The Auto Care Association announced it has once again been named a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year in a press release.
The certification is based on direct feedback from employees, gathered through Great Place to Work, which evaluates organizations on trust, leadership effectiveness, workplace equity, and overall employee experience. This is the fifth recognition the Auto Care Association has earned for great workplaces, and comes in addition to earning the certification of “Great Place to Work” both in 2024 and again in 2025, as well as “2025 Best Small Workplace” and “Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services.”
This year’s results highlighted strong marks in leadership transparency, professional development opportunities, and overall team camaraderie among ACA’s team of more than 40 professionals. According to the association’s 2026 Great Place To Work certification report, 100% of employees at ACA say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

recognized for the third year in a row as a great place to work—and for the first time having 100% 1/2of our employees agree that it truly is—is an extraordinary milestone.”
