AirPro Diagnostics has merged with Revv to create an end-to-end ADAS platform for the auto repair industry, as shared in a recent press release.

AirPro will bring its deep expertise in diagnostics and calibration execution together with Revv’s software and AI infrastructure to manage the entire ADAS workflow. Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the entire repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers, and systems shops already use. 

Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro Diagnostics, will serve as CEO, and Revv CEO Adi Bathla will serve as president & chief innovation officer of the combined entity. Bathla will also join the Board. 

Revv's founders, Bathla and Rashmi Sinha, Revv’s chief technology officer, will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the combined company. In addition to Bathla's appointment as president and chief innovation officer, Sinha will serve as senior vice president of technology and product integration of the combined company.
