UTI Names New Leadership Promotions

June 17, 2015—Universal Technical Institute announced on Tuesday the promotions of Sherrell Smith, Chad Freed, Chuck Barresi and Roger Speer to new leadership positions within the company.

The newly appointed positions:

  • Sherrell Smith, executive vice president
  • Chad Freed, general counsel and executive vice president of operations
  • Chuck Barresi, senior vice president, customer solutions
  • Roger Speer, regional vice president of operations

"These promotions reflect their dedication to our company's mission and the significant contributions each has made to driving operational improvements and enhanced customer service levels for our students and industry partners."
