July 1, 2014—The Professional Service Advisor Association (PSAA) announced Monday it has launched a new organization website at psaaus.com.
The site is aimed at providing tools and courses for service advisors to help increase professionalism in the franchised automotive service industry.
The site currently includes three courses:
- The Basic Training Skills Manual, which covers customer service techniques
- The Learn & Earn Workshop Series, which addresses relationship-building
- The Condition Based Selling Series, which discusses the concept of conditional-based selling
PSAA also offers worksheets for tracking performance in various categories and a chat room for members.
