July 24, 2014—MOTOSHOP Technology Tools by Advance Auto Parts Inc. updated its MotoSKILL Shop Tech Training library, the company announced Wednesday.
The MotoSKILL library now offers over 180 hours of online video courses for automotive technicians and service writers, including seven courses in Spanish. All classes include a study guide, knowledge assessment and a certificate of completion. MotoSKILL courses can be purchased individually or bundled.
“By continuously diversifying and expanding our course offerings, we ensure every technician has the personalized tools they need to succeed in certification and excel in the shop,” Walter Scott, vice president of eCommerce and eServices for Advance Auto Parts said. “MotoSKILL continues to raise the standard in industry certification preparation.”
MotoSKILL also began offering its All Access Pass, which offers access to all 90 courses, 13 ASE test-prep courses, and a technical skills assessment based on ASE A Series certification.
