Feb. 4, 2015—Wagner brake pads have been selected for the Frost & Sullivan North American Product Leadership Award for the fourth consecutive year, according to an announcement from Federal-Mogul Corp.
The award is presented to the automotive brake products brand with the highest combined score across nearly 20 performance categories in a survey of professional automotive technicians.
Manufactured by Federal-Mogul Motorparts, Wagner pads are the first four-time winner of the award.
Professional technicians selected the Wagner Brake Products brand as the best overall brand of replacement brake pads by a nearly 2-to-1 margin, consistently citing product quality, quiet performance, longevity and ease of installation as leading reasons why they prefer Wagner pads.
"Every Wagner Brake product is developed and tested to the most stringent quality and performance standards in the industry, but the ultimate judges of our products are the professional technicians who each day specify and install brake pads to help keep their customers safe," Chris Battershell, director of brake product management, North America, Federal-Mogul Motorparts, said in a release. "The fact that we were the best-performing brand in a survey of technicians is a testament to our commitment to advanced research and development and world-class product quality."
