Oct. 5, 2015—On Friday, TRW’s North American Aftermarket Group announced it has extended its all makes premium chassis program by 39 SKUs including the latest parts for Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Altima, Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Honda Accord and Toyota RAV4.
The total number of chassis parts available through TRW now exceeds 3,200. TRW’s chassis program covers 95 percent of the North American aftermarket and this latest extension comprises 16 control arms, three ball joints, two tie rod ends, two inner tie rods, two drag links, one stabilizer link, one sway bar bushing and one adjustor sleeve.
“By working closely with the vehicle manufacturers and by directly translating the original equipment power of our parent company ZF TRW into our aftermarket offer, we ensure that the aftermarket has the parts it needs in the shortest time possible,” said Mark Thorpe, TRW’s sales and marketing director, TRW Aftermarket North America.
“At TRW, safety is our number one priority. Many drivers often leave it to the last minute to ensure that all the components in their vehicle are in perfect working order before the cold weather strikes,” said Thorpe. “This is particularly important when it comes to safety critical systems such as braking and steering.”
