OEMs to Participate in NASTF Meeting at AAPEX

Aug. 10, 2016—Organizers of the AAPEX Show announced Tuesday that a panel of OEM experts will participate in the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) Fall 2016 General Meeting, taking place Nov. 2, during AAPEX in Las Vegas. 

The OEM experts will participate in the feature session, “Take the Box Outta the Box.” The session is designed for technicians who have already purchased an SAE J2534 vehicle interface device, but haven’t yet used it for module programming. 

OEMs to be represented include Volkswagen Group America, General Motors, Toyota Motor Sales USA and American Honda. 

Donny Seyfer, co-owner of Seyfer Automotive, will introduce the topic, while Brian Herron, vice president of Drew Technologies, will discuss how to install the J2534 device.
