Advance Auto Parts Announces New Postcard Marketing Options

Aug. 6, 2014—Advance Auto Parts announced Tuesday that its MOTOSHOP Technology Tools marketing product, MotoREV, now offers the ability to create and send personalized postcards to customers.

“For commercial shops, personal communication with customers is imperative to build loyalty and trust in today’s competitive auto repair landscape,” said Walter Scott, vice president of e-commerce and e-services for Advance Auto Parts. “Postcards are yet another way that MotoREV increases shop owners’ ability to meaningfully connect with customers, whatever their communication preferences.”

Shops can choose from 500 different design options, including color schemes, stock images or copy suggestions. The technology also allows shops to mail automatically matched coupons to target specific audiences.
