Akebono Releases 40 New Part Numbers

July 23, 2013—Akebono Brake Corporation released 40 new part numbers to expand coverage on a greater number of vehicles.

Akebono, originators of ceramic brake technology, expanded their Pro-ACT, Performance and EURO lines with this addition.

According to Akebono, the pads can be applied to over 97 percent of vehicles on the road and are factory-installed on more than 270 models.

“We are making this enhancement as a sign of our continuous commitment to support and grow our customers’ business,” said Ken Selinger, director of sales and marketing at Akebono Aftermarket.
