Aug. 6, 2013—Mitchell 1 recently announced an update to the user interface of its ProDemand maintenance module with the goal of helping customers more easily understand and access maintenance services.
The complete redesign of the maintenance overview includes an easy-to-read graphical view of mileage- and indicator-based maintenance items with similar services grouped together.
“With maintenance service accounting for about 50 percent of jobs in the automotive aftermarket, having a more streamlined user experience with the new ProDemand Maintenance Module improves the technician’s ability to access this information, helping to increase overall efficiency,” said Mike Alberry, Mitchell 1 product manager for ProDemand.
“With the improvements made to our maintenance module in ProDemand, technicians can now access the maintenance services and information quicker and more easily to perform those services,” Alberry said.
