Telematics Legislation Introduced in Rhode Island Senate

Jan. 18, 2016—On Wednesday, Senate Bill 2055 was introduced by Rhode Island Senate Majority Leader Dominick Ruggerio. The proposed legislation would regulate the generation, collection, analysis, dissemination and collecting of connected car vehicle data. Senate Bill 2055 has been assigned to the Senate Judiciary Committee for further consideration.
