July 23, 2019—A new auto repair shop, AutoMoxie, is opening its doors in Quinnesec, Mich., reports the Upper Michigan Source.
AutoMoxie Owner, Chris Summerfield, bought the building in June, which used to be an auto body shop, Nepper’s Body Shop. The owners of the former shop, Ron and Steve Nepper, were considering retirement, and after support from the people around him, Summerfield went for it.
The new name of the repair shop, AutoMoxie, has meaning. Moxie means force of character, which is what Summerfield’s wife says he has.
The shop is still being remodeled and plans to be open July 29.
