Dec. 9, 2014—Permatex has named Eric Seibold as its new innovation manager.
The announcement was made by Sean Lyon, director of marketing and product management for Permatex, who noted that Seibold will be working in conjunction with the Permatex product marketing and R&D teams to identify and develop new markets, as well as innovative product ideas for both new and existing markets.
His responsibilities also include marketplace monitoring, research and analysis, and business case/strategy development.
Before joining Permatex, Seibold founded FlowPoint Innovations and served as its managing director. During his tenure, he built an ideation and consulting network of over 150 action sports and lifestyle brand professionals and enthusiasts. Prior to that, Seibold was director of business innovation for InnoCentive Inc., a privately held global innovation firm providing commercialization, brand, and product development solutions to Fortune 100 clients through an external community.
