Nov. 29, 2022—The Automotive Parts Services Group, otherwise known as The Group, has announced that participating members will be collecting monetary donations and toys for the 2022 U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.
According to a press release, this is The Group's eleventh year in a row of participation.
“Our members do an incredible job of collecting toys and donations, as well as raising awareness of the Toys for Tots program in their respective communities,” said John Marcum, director of marketing, Federated Auto Parts via the press release. “Many of our members and their customers have turned Toys for Tots into a year-long program and they have really made a difference. We want to thank the Federated and Pronto Network members and our supplier partners for their continued support and generosity of our Toys for Tots campaign.”
Participating locations will be collecting toys, and monetary donations can be made online. The Group is a joint venture of the Federated Auto Parts and The Pronto Network Cooperative on behalf of their respective members. Members of The Group and their vendor partners have raised over $3 million for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots since their partnership began in 2012.
