ASA Survey to Look at OEM Service Info. Usage

June 12, 2015

June 12, 2015—The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is conducting a survey on the usage of OEM service information websites by independent automotive service and repair shops.

“On behalf of NASTF, ASA is conducting this survey to help the industry understand better how the industry utilizes and finds service information,” said Donny Seyfer, ASA chairman and co-owner of Seyfer Automotive in Wheat Ridge, Colo. “We hope that everyone who repairs cars will take two minutes and complete the survey.”

The 11-question survey can be taken here. The deadline to take the survey is July 1.
