April 14, 2014—Ricky Benton, owner of the 36-location Black's Tire & Auto Service, was named the 2014 Dealer of the Year by the North Carolina Tire Dealers Association (NCTDA).
NCTDA president Richard Leicht presented the award to Benton during the NCTDAs Annual Trade Show and Expo in Raleigh, NC. Benton was introduced by his son Ryan Benton, a past NCTDA President.
“It is an honor to be given such a prestigious award, and I wouldn’t be here today without the great group of people we work with every day. They are my family and friends, not just my colleagues," Benton said as he accepted the award.
Blacks Tire & Auto Service is celebrating its 85th year in business this year.
