Federal-Mogul Names New Co-CEO

    May 30, 2013—Federal-Mogul Corp. said Wednesday that Kevin Freeland has been named as co-CEO of the corporation and as CEO of its vehicle components segment.

    Freeland most recently served as COO of Advance Auto Parts Inc.

    Freeland will replace Michael Broderick in both positions, effective June 17.

    "On behalf of the Federal-Mogul organization, we congratulate and welcome Kevin and look forward to working with him to continue to strengthen Federal-Mogul's position as a preferred supplier to the global independent aftermarket," said Rainer Jueckstock, co-CEO of Federal-Mogul and CEO of Federal-Mogul's powertrain segment.
