Aug. 23, 2016—Advance Auto Parts announced Tuesday that it has named its top vendors for 2016, including GRI Engineering & Development as Vendor of the Year.
The top vendors were announced during the Advance Auto Parts vendor summit held this week in Pinehurst, N.C. Other top vendors include CARDONE Industries, Commercial Excellence Vendor of the Year; Valvoline, DIY Excellence Vendor of the Year; Dorman Products Inc., Superior Availability Vendor of the Year; and TRICO Products, Supply Chain Reliability Vendor of the Year.
“The five partners honored with our Vendor of the Year awards make possible Advance’s commitment to get the right part at the right time to every customer,” said Charles Tyson, executive vice president, merchandising, marketing and replenishment for Advance Auto Parts. “The quality products and services provided by each of these organizations make them industry leaders and integral business partners for Advance.”
GRI Engineering and Development provides Advance Auto Parts with parts and solutions for its line of brake pads and brake products. It was also selected as Vendor of the Year for its customer support, testing and product management.
